الملخص بالعربية
إن تصاعد قوة الصين له أثر على بنية النظام الدولي في تحوله إلى نظام متعدد الأقطاب، خاصةً بعد التحولات التي شهدها النظام الدولي نتيجة انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي، وانتهاء الحرب الباردة، وبدء نظام دولي أحادي القطبية، ثم في الآونة الأخيرة تراجع الدور الأمريكي، مما هيأ لظهور فواعل جدد على الساحة الدولية ومن ضمنها الصين، وتعد الصين قوة صاعدة وذلك لمعطيات كثيرة فهي دولة لديها إمكانات طبيعية ومادية تمثلت في التاريخ والثقافة والنظام السياسي والاقتصاد والصناعة بالإضافة إلى قيادة لها توجهات وتطلعات نحو العالمية عكست ذلك من خلال إصلاحات اقتصادية داخلية وفي علاقاتها السياسية الخارجية، لذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أبعاد القوة الصينية من خلال التعرف على الإمكانات التي تتوافر لدى الصين والتي تؤهلها بأن يكون لها دور مؤثر على بنية النظام الدولي، واستجلاء حركة العلاقات الصينية الإقليمية والدولية، والتعرف على طبيعة النظام الدولي، واستكشاف دور الصين المرتقب في النظام الدولي الجديد، أما مشكلة الدراسة فقد دارت حول التساؤل الرئيسي ما هو أثر تصاعد قوة الصين على بنية النظام الدولي، وقامت الدراسة على فرضية رئيسية مؤداها أنه كلما تزايدت قوة الصين، فإن ذلك يؤثر على بنية النظام الدولي، وللتحقق من صحة الفرضية والإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة فقد تم استخدام منهج تحليل النظم فهو من المناهج الأنسب في تناول مثل هذه الدراسة وتعد مفاهيمه الأقرب لها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن الأسئلة المطروحة وإلى صحة الفرضية القائمة عليها الدراسة، ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي أن الصين تمتلك أبعاد قوة كثيرة ومتنوعة تؤهلها لأداء دور فاعل في الساحة الدولية، كما أن النظام الدولي الحالي قد هيأ لظهور الصين كقوة صاعدة لها دور مؤثر على بنية النظام الدولي الجديد.

 The Rise of China as a Global Power has its effect on the structure of international system in transforming it to a multi-polar system, particularly after the transformations in the international system as a result of the collapse of the Soviet Union, the end of the cold war, and the start of an unipolar international system, Then recently the decline of the American role, which prepared for the emergence of new powers in the international arena, including China, China is considered a global power for many facts, It is a country with natural and material potentials, Represented in history, culture, political system, economy and industry, in addition to a leadership that has global orientations and aspirations, This has been reflected through internal economic reforms and foreign political relations, therefor, the study aimed to demonstrate the dimensions of Chinese power by identifying potentials that qualify it to play an influential role on the international system structure, explore the regional and international Chinese relations movement, Identify the nature of the international system, and to explore the expected role of China in the new international system. For the problem of the study it has revolved around the key question what is the effect of Rice of China as a Global Power on the structure of international system, the study hypothesis indicated that the more powerful China becomes, It affects the structure of the international system, and for verification of the validity of the hypothesis with answering the study questions, the system analysis approach was used as it is the one of the most appropriate approaches to such study with the closest concepts, the study concluded the answers of the raised questions and the validity of the existing hypothesis, One of the findings of the study was that China has various and a lot of power dimensions enabling it to play an active role in the international arena, as well, the current international system had prepared for the emergence of China as effective power on the structure of the new international system.
