هدفت هذه الدراسة لقياس أثر تطبيق معايير مجلس اعتماد الرعاية الصحية على جودة الخدمات في مستشفيات وزارة الصحة الأردنية - إقليم الشمال.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاسلوب الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره من انسب الاساليب لمعالجة مشكلة الدراسة، حيث تم استخدام عملية المسح الشامل، وتوزيع الاستبانات بعد إجراء عمليات التحكيم من قبل بعض اعضاء هيئة التدريس ذوي الاختصاص، حيث تم صياغتها بالشكل الذي يمكن الباحثة من دراسة متغيرات الدراسة بالشكل الصحيح، حيث أن مجمع الدراسة هو جميع الموظفين المسؤولين عن تطبيق هذه المعايير وعددهم 120 فرد ، وبعد إجراء التحليل تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتي أهمها: أن أفراد مجتمع الدراسة ككل يتفقون على أهمية المحاور المتعلقة بالرعاية الصحية للمرضى وما يحقق معايير جودة الخدمات، ووجود أثر للقيادة الإدارية في جودة الخدمات بالإضافة إلى جوانب التدريب والتثقيف، ويرون أيضاً أن تطبيق معايير الاعتماد يحقق الوصول إلى جودة الخدمات المقدمة في وزارة الصحة الأردنية لإقليم الشمال، مما ينعكس إيجاباً على نوعية الخدمة المقدمة لمتلقي الخدمة.

The aim of this study to measure the effect of the application of the health accreditation care council standers of the quality of the services in the public hospitals in ministry of health in north province, and to accomplish the purposes of this study, we used the analytical descriptional method as it is the best way to fix the study problems as we use the holistic survey method, and distribution of the surveys after we made the judgment process with some of the doctors who is specialized as it allow the researcher to study the variables of this research in a correct way, as the group of study
Is the all employees who is responsible for the application on this study as the count 120 person, and after the analysis it leads to several results, all the study community agrees on the importance of the points related to the health care of the patients and which accomplish the quality of services standards, and the presence of the effect of management and leadership in the quality of services accompanied with the training and education, and they see that the application of accreditation standards allow the accomplishment of quality of services provided in the Jordanian ministry of health in the north province which have a positive impact on the quality of the services for the costumers
