الملخص

هذا البحث يقدم تصورا واضحاً عن رأي الإمام أبي عمر يوسف بن عبد الله بن عبدالبر (ت 463ه?( في عدالة الصحابة صلى الله عليه وسلم، حيث يرى ان الصحابة أفضل القرون بالنسبة للمجموع لا الأفراد، وأن من مات من الصحابة في حياة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، أفضل ممن بقي بعده، أما رأيه في أفضل الصحابة فإنه لم يأت عنه صلى الله عليه وسلم، أنه فضل واحداً على صاحبه بعينه. ويوضح رأيه في معنى تكذيب الصحابة بعضهم بعضاً، وموقفه من المفاضلة بين الصحابة. كما يعرض رأيه في تدوين ما يتعلق بما حدث للصحابة من خصومات وفتن. فقد آثر الإمام ابن عبد البر أن يقتحم باب الخلاف والفتنة التي دارت بين الصحابة؛ ليبحث ويحلل ويستنتج ويعطينا نظرة متكاملة معتمداً على حسه النقدي وخبرته بعلم الحديث والتاريخ. ويبين البحث كذلك الانتقادات والأوهام التي وجهت للإمام ابن عبد البر في كتاب (الاستيعاب في معرفة الأصحاب) فكان انتقاد ابن الصلاح للإمام ابن عبد البر كونه ينقل عن الإخباريين، وكان انتقاد الحافظ الدمياطي للإمام ابن عبد البر في الأوهام التي عثر عليها في كتابه (الاستيعاب)، فجاء البحث يدفع هذه الأوهام والانتقادات؛ لأنها لا تستند غالباً إلى دليل أو حجة.

Abstract

This research presents a clear idea about the Imam Ibn Abd El-Barr s views concerning justness of the Companions of the Prophet Mohammad where he considers their generation as the best and that who died during the Prophet s life is better than that who outlived Him. It also shows his views regarding preferential taking of the Companions and who is the best of themwhere the Imam did not choose one. The paper tackles the Imam s stand regarding the significance of the Companions accusing of each other of lying and the controversies and civil strives that took place among the Companions. The Imam researched, analyzed, concluded and gave us a comprehensive account of such sensitive and controversial issues relying on his sense of criticism and his wide knowledge in history and Hadith Science. The research approaches the criticism against the Imam regarding his book Comprehension in Knowing the Companions and defends him concerning Ibn al-Hafith al-Dumiati s criticism that the Imam is relying on distorted evidences, and so his views are unreliable. This research concludes with showing criticisms against the Imam as baseless.
