الملخص

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة منطلقات تحسين المجالات الإنتاجية والخدمية في الشريعة الإسلامية، وما يترتب عليها من تكييف فقهي يتناول انعكاسات ذلك على الإنسان، وواجبه في الارتقاء النوعي بتصرفاته في المحافظة على هذه النوعية ببعديها المصلحي والعبادي. كما تناول هذا البحث الوسائل التي تعزز الجانب الإيجابي في الإنسان، على مستوى التنظير الفقهي وأثره كتطبيقات واعية للأهداف والوسائل.

Abstract

This research studies the scopes of improving both the productive and serving fields in Islamic Jurisprudence, in addition to what results of that concerning juristic adaptation and its reflection on the human. It also focuses on the human s duty for achieving qualitative progress in his behavior so as to maintain such quality in its both dimensions the interest and the devotional. This study also enhances the positive side in the human on a juriotic theorizing level and its effect as careful applications for the aims and the goals
