الملخص

بحثت هذه الدراسة في الإشكالية المتعلقة بأثر الدور الإستراتيجي لتركيا بالنظام الإقليمي العربي والعوامل المكونة لهذا الدور، وحاولت الدراسة أن تبحث في هذه الإشكالية من خلال طرح التساؤلات التالية: 1. ما هي العوامل المؤثرة بصفة رئيسية بالعلاقات العربية التركية؟ 2. ما أثر الدور الإستراتيجي لتركيا على النظام الإقليمي العربي؟ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقات العربية- التركية تتأثر بمجموعة عوامل مختلفة ومتداخلة فيما بينها، وأهم هذه العوامل أن تركيا دولة كبيرة في المنطقة و تمتلك عناصر مؤثرة في علاقتها بالدول العربية والدولية كالموقع الجغرافي والموارد الطبيعية والبشرية. ومن هنا سيكون لها دور مؤثر في مستقبل المنطقة وطرحت الدراسة مجموعة توصيات من أجل العمل على تطوير مجالات التعاون بين الدول العربية و تركيا بما يخدم القضايا العربية والتركية ويحافظ على المصالح العربية.

Abstract

This study discuses the problematic issue of the strategic role that Turkey plays in the Arab regional politics and the factors that determines this role. This study addresses the following points: 1. What effective factors that determine Turkish and Arab relations? 2. What the effect of the Turkish strategic role on the Arab regional system? The study has concluded that Turkish and Arab relations are strongly effected by many interlinked factors such as the natural resources, water supply, population and political power. This has assumed its effective role in the future of the Middle East. Based on the above, the study recommended that the Arab world should develop all cooperative aspects between Turkey and the Arab countries in the way to best serve mutual interests of both parties and at the same time maintain the Arab rights.
