الملخص

تقف هذه الدراسة على الأمثال في كتاب "الإبانة" لبيان اهتمام العوتبي فيها، وتعريفها، وبيان أهميتها في حياة الأمم، ومكانتها بين الفنون الأخرى، وعمل مسح كمي لها، والكشف عن أنواعها وأقسامها وموضوعاتها وبلاغتها، وإبراز الصور البيانية والمحسنات اللفظية فيها، وبيان الأمثال الخارجة عن القياس اللغوي، وتوضيح صورة المرأة ومكانتها، وبذور القصة والدلالات الرمزية فيها، لتقديم رؤية متكاملة عن حركتها ورسم معالمها ومظاهرها المختلفة، وللكشف عن أسرار جمالها وأسباب استمرارها عبر أزمنة عديدة وأمكنة متفرقة خاصة أن الأمثال تشكل توليفة تربط الحاضر بالماضي؛ مما جعل كتابه (الإبانة) بمنزلة مصدر من مصادر الأمثال العربية في الدراسات النقدية الحديثة والمعاصرة.

Abstract

This study investigates the proverbs in Al-Ebana Book to illustrate Al-Aautabi interest in this topic. It also shows the importance of proverbs in the lives of nations and its place among other arts. The study shows the classification, division, topics, rhetorics, and metaphors in proverbs. It also studies the proverbs that deviate from linguistic measurement, the image of women and the roots of story as well as the symbolic reference so as to introduce a complete vision of proverbs. It also draws attention to the secrets of proverbs and the reasons for its continuity over time and in different places. The study concludes that Al-Aautabi was a pioneer in studying proverbs, his Book entitled Al-Ebana remains a major source in modern and contemporary critical studies.
