الملخص

تستهدف هذه الدراسة رصد الإطار الفكري والمرجعي للخطاب الإعلامي للملك عبد الله الثاني ابن الحسين وتحليله، وتتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول الأطر الفكرية والمرجعية للملك عبد الله الثاني وتأثيرها في بلورة تلك الشخصية الفريدة في فكرها المتطور وقيادتها، وسياستها وتميزها عبر خطابها الإعلامي، ولكي تتم الإجابة على ذلك, لابد من منهج علمي يتناول جوانب تلك المشكلة للوصول إلى تذليلها، وقد استخدمنا لذلك المنهج الاستقرائي بالإضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. لقد أوصلتنا الدراسة إلى إجابات للأسئلة المطروحة، وخلصت إلى عدة استنتاجات أهمها: أن للملك عبد الله الثاني العديد من الصفات والأطر الفكرية المرجعية التي تؤهله ليكون على ذلك المستوى العالي، والمتميز فهو يعمل على تطوير وتكيّيف أساليب القيادة في التعامل بما يتفق مع خصائص المواقف، وسمات مقدرات المجتمع حتى تصير القيادة فعالة في مواجهة المواقف والأزمات، وللملك قدرة فائقة في عملية الاتصال والأخذ بأسباب اتخاذ القرارات وحيثياتها، ويتبلور ذلك في الخطاب السياسي الإعلامي في كافة المحافل وعلى جميع الأصعدة، أضف إلى ذلك هناك العديد من المؤثرات التي أدت إلى بروز خطاب الملك عبد الله الثاني الإعلامي، ومن أبرزها الشرعية الدينية والتاريخية التي يتمتع بها، والتزامه بالعمل العربي المشترك، والخبرات المعرفية والعملية النابعة من التنشئة العظيمة في الأسرة والمدرسة والمعاهد الأكاديمية والعسكرية التي تخرج منها.

Abstract

This study aims to allocate and analyze the conception and referential framework of the informative speech of his majesty king Abdullah Bin Al-Hussein the Second, since the problem of this study is focuses or the thought and referential framework of his majesty king Abdullah and its effectin crystallizing this precious personality in its developed thought, leadership, policy, and being distinguished through its informative speech researcher. In order to answer that, a scientific method should be used to deal with this problem, so the used the theoretical method and the analytic descriptive method, The study aimed to answer the giving questions, and many conclusions, were derived, too. His majesty King Abdullah has many characteristics and thoughtful feedback frame, which cnabled Him to achieve this high class and distinguished level. He is trying his best to develop and shape this leadership manner. While dealing as the situation needs, and community characteristics until the leadership becomes effective, facing the crises and the king has an extra ordinary efficiency in communication process, adjusting with the causes, and standpoints to take a decision. These informative politics speeches are crystallized in all formal meeting up to the height levels. In addition there were many influences of his majestys speech of, as the religious and historical legitimacy which he owns, and his compliances with the Arab common framework. In addition to his knowledge and experiences, his family and his Educational institutes at school to universities up and the Military collage where he graduated, have their effects upon his speeches.
