الملخص

نتناول في هذا البحث، دور العامل الاقتصادي في توجيه السياسة الخارجية الصينية، حيث أصبح العامل الاقتصادي منذ بدء تنفيذ برنامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي في الصين من العوامل الرئيسية في توجيه السياسة الخارجية الصينية، فقد بات تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية من الأهداف الجوهرية في إطار السياسة الخارجية الصينية، الأمر الذي دفع بالصين نحو تدعيم علاقاتها الخارجية مع جيرانها والعالم والتقرب منهم دون النظر إلى هوية تلك الدول. بعد ذلك، واستناداً إلى معطيات التحليل السابق، تم دراسة أهم التغيرات والتحولات التي جرت على أهداف السياسة الخارجية الصينية وأدوات تنفيذها بفعل ذلك العامل. ثم نعرض في نهاية البحث أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلنا إليها, والتي تمثلت بأن العامل الاقتصادي هو المحدد الرئيسي والأهم في توجيه السياسة الخارجية الصينية ورسمها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاقتصاد، السياسة الخارجية، التجارة الخارجية، الاستثمارات الأجنبية، الصين.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the economic factor in the Chinese foreign policy, as it became, since the beginning of the economic reform program, one of the main factors in monitoring the Chinese foreign policy. The Achieving the goals of economic development became a core goal within the frame of Chinese foreign policy which led China to enhance its foreign affairs with its neighbors regardless of which countries they are. As a consequence of the former analysis, the researchers studied the most important changes and transformations which happened to the procedures of the Chinese foreign policy which included diplomacy, military, economic and media as a result of this factor, then the role of the Economic Factor in changing the aims of the Chinese foreign policy, from traditional goals into aims which cope with the recent economic developments and economic globalization was studied. Results and recommendation were stated and the most important. The most important results and recommendations was that the economic factor is the main determiner and most important factor in directing and establishing the Chinese foreign policy.
