الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخدمات الصحية التي تقدمها المستشفيات الحكومية للمرضى المنومين بمدينة اربد. ومدى رضاهم عنها في مجالات الطبيب، والخدمة الفندقية والتمريض والوضع الاجتماعي والواسطة. شملت عينة الدراسة (224) مريضًا في ثلاثة مستشفيات حكومية بمدينة اربد، واستخدم الباحث استبانة خاصة لقياس رضى المرضى مكونه من (33) جملة على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مستويين لرضى المرضى المنومين أحدهما مرتفع والآخر منخفض. كما أظهرت أن الرضى عن مجال كادر التمريض احتل المرتبة الأولى ثم مجال الوضع الاجتماعي والواسطة، فمجال الطبيب ثم مجال الخدمات الفندقية. كما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين مجال الخدمات الفندقية ومتغير الدخل ومجال الطبيب ومتغير الحالة الاجتماعية مع الرضا. ولم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الرضى والمتغيرات المستقلة الأخرى.

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the health services provided by governmental hospitals for in-patients in Irbid City and the extent of their satisfaction on the aspects of Physicians, hotel services, nursing, social status and connection. The study sample consists of 224 patients in three governmental hospitals, the researcher developed a questionnaire consists of 33 items based on Likert scale to measure the patients satisfaction. The findings of the study showed that there were two levels of satisfaction for in ? patients, the first is high and the other is low.The study also signifies that satisfactor about the nursing aspect ranked the first followed by social status, connection, physician and hotel services respectively.The study further showed that there is significant statistical evidence between the aspects of hotel services and income and the aspects of Physician and marital status against satisfaction.There was no significant statistical evidence between the satisfaction and other independent variables.
