الملخص

هذه دراسة لمسألة من مسائل الفقه الإسلامي حول (حكم التأمين والجهر به في الصلاة). تهدف إلى بيان آراء الفقهاء حول التأمين والجهر به في الصلاة، ثمَّ بيان الراجح منها. وبعد دراسة آراء الفقهاء وأدلتهم الشرعية ومناقشاتهم في هذه المسألة تبيَّن لي أنَّ الرأي الراجح هو القول بمشروعية التأمين في الصلاة السرية والجهرية، ويشرع الجهر به في الصلاة الجهرية للإمام والمأموم والمنفرد، وذلك لقوة أدلة هذا الرأي من السنَّة النبوية الصحيحة.

Abstract

This study sheds lights on one of the significant Islamic jurisprudence matters concerning the judgment of saying amen and saying it aloud in the prayer. It aims at disclosing jurists views on the above mentioned matter and revealing the preferable view. Studing the legitimate evidence of jurists views therein, it becomes clear that the preferable view is to say amen in both the secret or public prayer and it is preferable to be said aloud in the public prayer whether for the imam and his followers or for the prayers praying individually.
