Services and Activities

    The Language Center provides the following services for other departments and sections in the University :

1. Video – taping of all master degree defense panels .

2. Video – taping all University activities ( graduations , seminars,  conference ,ect….. )

3. providing technical assistance and facilities for teachers of other departments who   may use the Language labs or Video rooms .

        The Language Center is also engaged in several activities that aim at enriching the academic atmosphere . These activities include :

1. The Language Clubs :

               Students join these clubs upon their preference. In the clubs teachers and students get actively involved in producing little dramas, conversational groups , reading sessions , writing groups and songs .

2. International Days :

                Each Language with the cooperation of the concerned    Embassy enjoys a whole day activity ( Spanish Language Day, for example ) where book displays , talks , presentations , videos and other activities are held during the year .
